Ive been living here almost 3 years in November and so far I enjoy the community and area is pretty quiet However the houses could use some upgrades

Nosie people cant do anything without management in you business I live here and its getting to the point where I feel as if I cant breath we pay our rent on time we dont destroy property If you wanna live somewhere and have your privacy this is not that place and its really expensive for all the rules they have I recently was told I can not sign another con 2018-03-03T00:17:22Z
Nosie people cant do anything without management in you business I live here and its getting to the point where I feel as if I cant breath we pay our rent on time we dont destroy property If you wanna live somewhere and have your privacy this is not that place and its really expensive for all the rules they have I recently was told I can not sign another contract due to the fact I go outside and visit with my friends or family in their vehicles not outside causing problems minding our own business I never heard of a place where you cant have people come and go Come on I mean I pay on time and thats how they treat their responsible tenants There are little kids constantly running around unsupervised screaming causing racket and mean while I have someone come by for what ever reason is my business when Im not bothering anyone around me except the manager whos never cared for me maybe cause Im not Mexican who knows Ive had it this is the worst place to live more ... hide ...

This complex has a major ant infestation that management completely ignores Their communication is beyond poor The complex looks as if it is falling apart The maintenance man is a walking cigarette and when he comes to your apartment he leaves it smelling like hes been smoking in it all day There are roof leaks that they do not properly take care of Parking 2019-09-01T23:58:27Z

That is a horrible place to live The management is constantly harassing and always doing inspections She wants to evict my sister over chalk and pillows all because she doesnt like her than turns around and says its for something else The management is also charging an elderly woman an extra 50 dollars to let her stay The management harasses little kids and 2019-09-25T17:19:20Z

Nice place but management is never there for you Never fixed problems with the apt Also lost payment for rent NEVER renting there again

Stay away from this place This place is corrupt a lot of drug activity also of course crime if you do decide to come in here and change the locks management will go in whenever they want Ive had things missing money missing iPad missing play station and you cant do anything about it
