The Albany housing authority should be investigated for creating a backlog of applicants who need and are qualified for housing They just sent my brother who applied for subsidized housing a letter with a deadline In this letter they wanted him to write his info and to send it back to them The issue is the place they mentioned is a non subsidized place and they were so imbecilic in stating that in the letter The question is why would they send this knowing full well he only applied to subsidized housing The other issue is even if he doesnt qualify for this place which he doesnt then what would of happen if he hadnt filled the paperwork requested He more than likely would have his application thrown away You see folks this is how these incompetent people create backlog of cases putting people out in the streets while hoodlums quickly and expeditiously get housing more ... hide ...

6 years here and we never ever had a problem Great maintenance staff and the office staff were very helpful They were also available on weekends in case of major issues We had a overflowing toilet on a Saturday 9am and they were there in 20 minutes The toilet needed to be replaced and it was done within an hournnThe location is fantastic with everything at a 2019-03-18T22:33:44Z
