This place is wonderful if youre looking for a place for your loved one Up to date and has much class and style The staff is great My first encounter was with the Director Odette Facey She has the best customer service skills Very pleasant woman that goes went above and beyond to help me Not one time did I receive any type of attitude from her I called her so many times and she was as nice as the first time I called She took me through the steps of what I needed answered my million and one questions I could hang up and call her right back again just as nice when I hung up Odette is a caring person and is willing to help with anything you need PLUS give information you need that you didnt know I know Odette is a valuable employee at the Promenade If they every lose her they have really lost a true gem
