I have lived at Genesee Gardens for almost 2 years and I can not say enough good things about the people who live there and the people who run it Lisa and Lisa in the office keeping bills paid and lights on John and his crew keeping the place NICE and the tenants are all so pleasant and considerate I am SO FORTUNATE to be able to say Genesee Gardens is my 2020-11-25T13:52:48Z

If there was a way to give zero stars I would Terrible management If you are handicapped do not move here It is not I repeat NOT handicap accessible Everything in these apartments is old and nasty Has had mice infestation Management is always unavailable during their office hours Ive never gone to the office once during office hours and seen it open when try 2021-08-30T14:20:34Z
If there was a way to give zero stars I would Terrible management If you are handicapped do not move here It is not I repeat NOT handicap accessible Everything in these apartments is old and nasty Has had mice infestation Management is always unavailable during their office hours Ive never gone to the office once during office hours and seen it open when trying to pay a friends rent Inside of apartments look they have never been updated since they were built The mailboxes are almost impossible to get your mail out of if you are handicapped This may sound petty but once asked if they could get different mailboxes set in the grass at each apartment entrance and was lied to and told that the post office wouldnt allow it The mailman confirmed that is totally not true This company should be ashamed more ... hide ...
