Do not Value their Residents All about the money We were Residents of Kimbrook for a little over two years Primarily for their original lower pet fee which I should mention continued to increase unexpectedly throughout the duration of our residency Throughout the two years we were living there they continually proved to lie ignore and unfairly manipulate any situation in order to put more money in their own pocketsnnFrom the very beginning the day we moved in the apartment we were charged an additional monthly fee for updated appliances that we never agreed upon Following living there for a short duration we discovered several maintenance and safety issues including exposed high voltage wiring on hot water tank a leak in the dishwasher that supposedly was a new appliance mice and holes associated loose bathroom fittings along with others All of which you would think should be fixed and solved by maintenance isnt this suppose to be the benefit of renting We would have to call and produce work orders multiple times to even get someone over at which the point they would come during the day while you werent there and the problem wouldnt be corrected obviously trying the cheap band aid fix first This causes you continue the process again and again until it was finally fixed properly or even do it yourself out of frustration They would also continually send their tenants appreciation letters stating we could have our carpets shampooed or something like a medical cabinet installed Dont bother asking or calling the office for those After multiple requests they would never follow through at which point you would ask couple weeks from and they would claim that promotion is now over again keeping money in their own pockets These instances were just a few of many that would cause frustration and aggravation while staying here at which point we decided to move outnnAlso dont expect your security deposit back after you move out After almost two months of no response after moving out we called asking about the security deposit You could tell once we called they were completely caught off guard hoping we had forgot about the deposit We were told they had to look into it and would get back to us You could have guessed they never called back After waiting some time and hitting the answering machine continuous We called from a work number at which point they answered right away After beating around the bush and asking why they were purposing ignoring phone calls they came up with all these ridiculous charges spotting out things that were there prior to us moving in I should also mention the interior of units are extremely outdated and looked to be painted by a child I have no doubt that the apartment was cleaner and in better shape when we left then when we moved in But after arguing and consistently not hearing back when they had to talk to management about it we had decided it wasnt worth the aggravationnnPlease do yourself a favor and the unneeded stress and go elsewhere The only good thing about Kimbrook is they allowed pets And if that what youre looking for there are brand new complexes for the same money in the area Your Welcome more ... hide ...

The only decent thing about this apartment complex is the snow removal The people that live there are slobs and dump their garbage anywhere due to pure laziness If you do not follow up after leaving they will keep your security deposit and NEVER contact you even though they have your phone number and new address They hold parts of your deposit for the mos 2017-09-08T17:11:11Z
The only decent thing about this apartment complex is the snow removal The people that live there are slobs and dump their garbage anywhere due to pure laziness If you do not follow up after leaving they will keep your security deposit and NEVER contact you even though they have your phone number and new address They hold parts of your deposit for the most ridiculous thingsthings that are part of normal maintenance after any tenant leaves a property They charged us 80 for a shelf in the refrigerator that wasnt even there when we moved in And 90 for cleaning the carpet when there was only 1 small area in the living room that required spot removalthe carpets were spotless as we NEVER wore shoes or ate throughout the whole apartment I suggest you keep your lease close by Bc the leasing office DOES not even follow its own rules Maintenance just entered our apartment once without any prior notice When I called the office about this I was told that it states in the lease theyre allowed to thankfully I had the lease in my hands and had to read it to the office personnel where it clearly stated that maintenance must give notice They do not follow their own rules cops are always at the same apartments and 75 of the people living there have dogs even though it states in thr lease the only animals allowed are for service purposes more ... hide ...

This has a great staff If work is needed to be done they are really fast at itnOnly thing I had a problem with is I lived at the last building and the man downstairs would keep the door propped open after staff left and it made me very nervousnIt is a very clean environment Great job keeping up plowing in the winter to
