My mom lives here She is on oxygen She was forced to leave her apartment because there is such a bad smell from mold They agreed to do something but its been more than a week they have done nothing So far all they did was go in to say yes they smell it but cant find the cause and open the bedroom door that was closed with a sign requesting to keep door clos 2018-05-11T21:31:51Z
My mom lives here She is on oxygen She was forced to leave her apartment because there is such a bad smell from mold They agreed to do something but its been more than a week they have done nothing So far all they did was go in to say yes they smell it but cant find the cause and open the bedroom door that was closed with a sign requesting to keep door closed to contain the smell in the bedroom AND the office manager told her she needs to go in to clean the radiator which was barely dusty even though she is not supposed to go in there I went in and cleaned it and thats how I found out about the door which exposed the moldy air and bad smell to her living room furniture and other belongings They have not offered her any solution other than suggesting they could send her to a motel if she didnt want to stay with other family This place is horrible The hallways smell bad and the office manager is very hard to find when needed Not recommended more ... hide ...
