With the exception of a few people they need all new staff in the management office Unhelpful rude people working over there And they dont like you if you speak up for yourself Its difficult to get repairs done And dont get me started with all the illegal stuff that be going on with the rent increases I was afraid to write a review because they will retaliate against you for doing so Yeah management did a few repairs on the outside But dont let that fool you Everything that look good on the outside is not always good on the inside A lot of them in the management office is racist I remember speaking to a lady there I think shes from England she was so rude condosending toward me it was horrible Most of the machines dryers in the laundry room be broke on a regular basis Its a place to live but its not the best for most people But Im sure some will say its perfect if you have the right skin color And Im not exaggerating The problems these people put you through is totally unnecessary I pray a better situation comes along soon more ... hide ...

The physical therapists are great but I havent been able to benefit from services for long the because of the incompetent indifferent billing staff I was explicitly told after they reviewed my insurance that I wouldnt have no copay responsibility But after seven sessions I was sent to bill for 100 I have spent weeks and weeks of stress sending emails trying 2022-08-16T09:28:56Z
The physical therapists are great but I havent been able to benefit from services for long the because of the incompetent indifferent billing staff I was explicitly told after they reviewed my insurance that I wouldnt have no copay responsibility But after seven sessions I was sent to bill for 100 I have spent weeks and weeks of stress sending emails trying to get them to address this and while waiting all of the progress I was starting to make with my physical therapy is disintegrating and I am beginning to have problems walking again I even sent them the voice message their staff left saying I would have no copay responsibility and didnt get a response Im on a fixed income At this rate coming in for the recommended number of sessions for both of my physical issues would cost me over 600 Theres a big difference on a fixed income between nothing and 600 But again they are incompetent and in different billing staff doesnt respond so I cant go forward with physical therapy and then physical suffering as a result more ... hide ...

I want to share my experience with Shore Hill management especially regarding Michelle Campanella Michelle is on point Every time I call she always picks up the line Michelle has helped me with a couple of situations regarding my mother Example My mother was not picking up the phone for hours and I requested someone to go check on her I called Michelle and within minutes she had security there to find out if my mom was ok Thank God everything worked out She is there for the tenants and loves her job Michelle is the best Her team is also excellent Gail Jenny and Robert the super All wonderful and they take care of the tenants with a smile I also want to say that the building is clean and just recently was renovated and it looks wonderful Shore Hill management kudos to you all Great team more ... hide ...
