I just want to share with you my experience dealing with this building management The Shorefront Towers is using TUC Management Company INC as property Management Company to accommodate waiting list and eligibility for new tenants My parents in law were denied entry to the building even though they were waiting for it 10 years The property managerDanessa Gaston god save you from dealing with this person came up with such an excuse to deny them an apartment and the reason was laughable they didnt have utility bills to prove their living they have been living in studio with no bills for the last 10 years She was rude and acted hostile It was absolutely obvious that she didnt have any intention to give this apartment to my parents in law without any bonus and would come up with another reason to deny them an apartment if they had presented those bills The management is so corrupt there is no doubt about it They dont give out those apartment for free as they supposed to I dont have to tell you how they do it but they do it You saw what they were doing in Luna Park Management the same story here I tried to contact senior compliance officer of their parent company MMS Group Family of Companies but they will always cover their employees it would be very strange if they didnt There was a conflict of interest there and compliance officer provided no help at all and even more she defended action of their property manager as it would put them on the spot as well We are going to bring the case against this crooked management to court and have filed complaint to HUD already We want people whose waiting list finally got called to be prepared to what will come to them more ... hide ...
