All positives for menI am thoroughly enjoying living in this wellthoughtout community Beautiful brand new facilities the 1 bedroom apartment Im in feels roomier than I expected lots of time and resources have been spent on their lovely landscaping thoughtful extras like artwork in the lobbies patio furniture barbecue grills and shuffleboard are much appreciated and all the extras like emergency cords sprinklers in every room and handrails in the rooms as well as hallways make me feel safe and reduce worry for my family about me From the first meeting to fill out an application and each day since I have found all staff and employees to be helpful friendly diligent and receptive to questions Our super is hardworking always on the go but friendly helpful and wellsupernIm a nature and wildlife enthusiast and so I am especially pleased that Hillcrest Commons II has not clear cut all around the property but instead left lovely wooded and treed areas all around the buildings and has safe walkways to enjoy the outdoor spacesnI am thankful that in this time of transition for me and this awful pandemic that these folks are trying so hard to ensure this time is as stressfree as possible while providing a unique safe userfriendly and lovely senior environment Special thanks to Debbie Tonya and Andy And Im guessing they have bosses as well who I thank for their vision and resources in making this senior experience a positive and pleasant one Many Thanks more ... hide ...

My mother who is almost 80 loses her hot water because of a mechanical issue nnShe has to take ice showers for several days with arthritis in her spine because you cant change the water heater from a vacant apartment or get a part I hear you have several apartments vacantnnDoes she have to still pay rentnnMaybe I should call my friend at channel 7 news
