This is the best place I have ever lived Maintenance is friendly and are there within minutes after a problem arises Kelly and Tracy are dynamite office staff This place rocks Have no plans on moving anytime soon

I would give it zero stars if I could DO NOT LIVE HERE When I first moved in it seemed like a nice place to live however the property management showed their true colors as the worst place I have ever lived First the hallways and stairways smell like cat pee and often times marijuana There are cockroaches in the apartments and have been for years according 2019-03-31T00:56:24Z
I would give it zero stars if I could DO NOT LIVE HERE When I first moved in it seemed like a nice place to live however the property management showed their true colors as the worst place I have ever lived First the hallways and stairways smell like cat pee and often times marijuana There are cockroaches in the apartments and have been for years according to Orkin though we were told by the management that it had never happened before And when Orkin did come we were failed to be notified beforehand and got a rude text that they need access to the apartment to which we responded that we were at work and could not be there immediately because of work The property manager entered the apartment after making it seem like Orkin would just come another day when we could be there and then didnt tell us they were in the apartment we only knew because there were dates on the cockroach traps they placed in various parts of the apartment which feels like an invasion of privacy There are several pet owners on the premises and some neglect to clean up after their dogs poop even so far as it is in the middle of the walkways Cigarette butts litter the ground despite the many disposal places The property manager was recently changed from a woman who was onsite everyday and lived here to a property management company called Bennett Reality Group that is located 3040 minutes away and only here on Fridays though I have yet to see her or have her answer any of my requests to have things fixed that are broken The washing machines have been broken for two months with little to no effort to fix them and the coin machine has been out of order since before I moved in months ago The new property manager sent out a mass text saying anyone who wrote a good google review would be credited a small amount of April rent bribing people to say good things about it when most of the previous reviews were 1 out of 5 stars They are money hungry and do not actually care about the people who live there Save yourself the hassle of having to be stuck in this lease for a year and dont live here more ... hide ...

I love this apartment and complex and neighbors are awesome Maintenance is friendly and it seems like they are always in the area The girl working in the office is friendly but the landlord couldnt care less about tenants I changed jobs and am making less now since JulyI had to fight for six months for them to lower my rent and still come up with 530month wh 2018-12-10T17:49:49Z
