The SPCA website says this residence accepts dogs and cats however when I called they do not allow pets I was very disappointed

I have lived here for many years The staff are fair and very reasonable I have never had a reason to complain Im tired of people taking the us vs them attitude when it comes to the management they are people doing a job with parameters to follow and we as tenants have agreed to follow certain rules I couldnt be happier with the past and present staff they have always been pleasant friendly and informative Furthermore all repairs that are reported through the correct channels are fixed promptly Also this is a pet friendly community and as such all pet problems fall under the local pet laws so report problems to the proper authoritiesnI think Foxwood should put a flyer together with the local animal control numbers and shelters with the link to the local dog laws and a disclaimer stating that Foxwood isnt liable for people pets but the pet owners are responsible and that all complaints should be directed to the correct local authority And either alter the lease or have us all sign an addendum to this fact releasing Foxwood of all liability regarding peoples pets And encouraging people to get renters insurance especially those with dogs more ... hide ...
