This is my first time writing a bad review unfortunatelynIve stayed in a few apartments in Rochester and never had such a worse experiencenThese apartments are stated to be luxurious yet they do look like sure is on the outside but if you go within its anything but thatnFirst off you cannot take a warm shower you only have warm water within 5 to 10 minutes within your shower after that it is ice cold Continuously we were told that we were going to get help and which they did come in and help us but nothing was changed When we first moved in the fridge was not working for about three weeks and all of my produce and groceries were molded Once I asked them for a refund on my groceries as stated they said that I had to call the insurance and they were not gonna refund me on any everyone in the building also agrees of thatnAs well as if you do enter any of the bathrooms they do not flush if you go in any of the bathrooms in the local gym area they are full of urine that cannot be flushednThe management team is so unhelpful they do not care about the people that are living in this building I definitely do not recommend this place it is so overpriced Again I hate that I have to write something like this but please do not live here the management does not care about your wellbeing Speaking to other people in this building Im not the only onennI have more proof of the pictures of the molding food as well as the toilets Im just waiting to find them because I currently moved Will be uploading those as well more ... hide ...

You guys need to hire more cleaning staff for the hallways all address hallways should be clean at least once a week Im not sure what goin on with the parking lots but theres never no parking anymore tenants be having a bunch of there friends spending the night days after days taking other tenants who live and pay rent here parking spaces they shouldnt be a 2023-01-04T17:30:20Z

This place here is like on the outside and you kind of iffy but OMG when you get inside just when you get in the office setting the atmosphere before you even look at apartment is so beautiful and warming and smell good and its like being in a hotel in the apartments are just everything I pray for my part of it and you can have little little doggies and you 2021-11-06T14:46:44Z
