The care was standard and the staff was friendly but once your relative passes away dont expect to have any kind of smooth transition Its been 5 months and NO ONE has contacted us about my motherinlaws estate My phone calls go unanswered and we have had to hire a lawyer to help us work this all out What a nightmare on top of sadness
