I worked there for years and when Homenick took over he killed the moral for every employee He screwed the Union which was pathetic anyway and set the course of dwindling employee benefits When men retired or quit they would never be replaced while he added much more work to our schedules He hired family to Supervisory positions but didnt replace the Supervisor of Bldgs Grds when he retired He is bias against the Maintenance dept He Lets his management staff get away with things that the Union workers would never be able to The place went from a family work environment to a job no one wanted to go to People took early retirements losing money doing so just to get away from him
