Im LITERALLY only giving a 5 star for Ms Mercedes Aikens Shes the best employee Ive spoken to thus far since Ive been contacting that office She works fast and efficiently and you can tell she takes her job seriously She doesnt have a nasty attitude either which is a plus Im so happy she took over the cases at the admissions office because the others didnt
