Really disappointed as an administration the people above me are not helpful they smoke a lot and the stink goes down they are also messy all night and as an administration I think that many people happen to them and they do nothing with that type of person put more character and do your work with those kind of people

I have enjoyed living here and seeing some of the residents that live here It was an adjustment for me at first because I lived in Florida near my parents so I could help my grandparents and also my parents could help me find a job and that was not going well So now I live here now and I like it and now I have a job and I am looking forward to working and me 2022-01-16T08:35:23Z

Honestly they dont even deserve the 1 star I lived here with my mom as her caregiver I DO NOT recommend this place It is HELL They are under new management and they dont treat the tenants right at all It is for elderly and disabled and they should have more respect for them But they dont They dont give a rats ass about nobody but themselves and their money A 2019-04-19T19:21:44Z
Honestly they dont even deserve the 1 star I lived here with my mom as her caregiver I DO NOT recommend this place It is HELL They are under new management and they dont treat the tenants right at all It is for elderly and disabled and they should have more respect for them But they dont They dont give a rats ass about nobody but themselves and their money After new management started my fiance my friend and myself were BANNED from there just because we were helping my DISABLED mother move The onsite manager Darcy wont even talk to you if you have a question She just shuts the door in your face and stares at you until you walk away She is disrespectful hateful and she is spiteful That goes for the regional manager Amber Payne too A tenant can put in a complaint about another tenant and its an automatic write up OR an automatic 30 day notice to move out whether its true or not And the rules they have there are ridiculous The elderly and disabled should be able to live somewhere where they are treated with respect and Cedar Hill Apartments is not that place You get disrespect and hate living there They shouldnt even be in business in my opinion because there are better housing facilities for the elderly and disabled that will treat everyone with respect more ... hide ...
