I would stay far away from any properties managed by TR Lawing My fianc and I are trying to relocate to another city after selling our house and applied for a rental house with this company that we really liked and fit all of our needs We passed all the outlandish requirements that they have but were never approved by the property owner or at least thats what we were told We called every day to follow up on our application and were given the runaround for 2 weeks even after being told multiple times that there were no other applicants One day they said the owner was not considering us anymore then the next he was then he wasnt again and so on As a business they should not be allowed to string applicants along without giving a definitive answer about whether they have been denied or approved We finally got fed up and told them to pull our application and refund our money because we didnt want to rent a property from people who treat us this way I emailed a complaint to the owner of TR Lawing and asked for the supervisor of the office to call me but still havent received any calls or email response Shocking We are very professional honest people and there was no reason why we shouldnt have been approved We met all the financial requirements so Im not sure what they are looking for but I wouldnt waste my time The other bad reviews are all true Trust me I wish I wouldve listened to them and it wouldve saved us 2 weeks of stress more ... hide ...

I did not get the real estate experience that I was hoping for where your real estate agent would be the one to check up on you and see how things are and if there are things that need to be done that they would get them done for you Through this process a lot of it seemed absent as a lot of the things I did independently as they were not there to support nor did I get the support on any of the documents that were sent over from the lender or any questions or concerns Through the 10 months of building this house there were times where there was no follow upcheck in for almost 3 to 4 months During a new construction process there are many stages in which you would look to a real estate agent to provide expertise and or guidance on what you should do this process I was there independently on my own to fend for myself as there was no support for me during these stressful times Ie contract signing pre construction onsite observationswalkthroughs and closings It makes me very discouraged from using Redfin as it seems like the commission for my home was basically free money as I did all the work with reviewing my contract closing disclosure loan estimate inspection reports ETc more ... hide ...
