I do not recommmend this propertynnIve only been here a yr an my air has stopped working 3 times I signed a lease saying central air an heat The first time I couldnt get through to the office Started calling on a wed an then the weekend came an i couldnt get 1any The maintenance guy said the lady who stayed here before had problems Ok I had to go a week with no air The 2nd time I was told the maintenance guy had death in the family Understandable Had to go that weekend with no air again because hes the only guy who does air conditioning work The 3rd time I almost lost my coolWent to the office on friday an Alex manager tells me what makes me so special over the 8 orders before me People with kids should be first on list when its 100 outside Mind you thursday I called about the situation an here it is on a Saturday an I get off work friday 1am still not fixed So this means I have to go another weekend with no air They dont even have a pool an im on the 3rd floor sunnyside I am sitting in 91 apt an cant open the balcony because of the wasp a bees an water bugs coming in The apartments is in a great area but the management should try to show more sympathy to their tenants I am a manager myself an dealing with the situation I wouldve never said to my customer What makes you so special over anybody else After seeing their reviews online Im starting to regret my descision in moving here When my lease is up this time Im going back to renting house so if needed I can get the job done myselfnNow its fathers day weekend an I am forced to go a week with no air after I was told maintenance should be here by friday afternoon Why would the manager Alex tell me that when he knew they were not going to be open more ... hide ...

My mom lived here for several years Overall a great place Many happy memories and grateful for such nice accommodation for the elderly Thankful my mom could enjoy living here She enjoyed the book club computer classes gardening in the front many wonderful neighbors Thank you

If you ever move here do not accept the bottom or second floor get the third neighborsnHave no respect and act like they are the only ones living in the building and you will not be able to enjoy your balcony because some one above you will have flowers and the dirt from the flowers come down to your porch and water also and mess up your chairs and stuff The 2016-11-10T22:10:29Z

We have lived here for a year and a half and have enjoyed our stay here The neighbors arent loud and management is respectful and answers questions in a timely manner Maintenance is out within hours the very few times weve needed them No issues with parking or theft though its Nations Ford so you should still lock your doors there are working security camera 2020-08-13T18:23:06Z
