The process for applying for a home here has been frustratingly unsuccessful They havent answered a single phone call of mine in the past few weeks Only one of my emails were responded to Weve driven there a few times to speak in person over the last few weeksnnI completed a paper application but was advised to apply online because its faster I went home and searched the website but couldnt find an online application anywhere No response when I called and emailed for help I went back to the office to ask for help in person I asked them to show me exactly where to go to complete the online application the manager and the leasing specialist looked at me and said I mustve been doing it wrong but still didnt show me where to go onlinennToday we were told they couldnt submit our application because they didnt have our materials but we resubmitted everything via paper application then again via email last week I even received a response to my email saying receivednnI was given an email address to send my pay stubs to but when I went to the office they said they didnt know whos email that was and completely dismissed it Didnt even try to figure it outnnA few weeks ago we were told we were the only people applying for the apartment we wanted Today we were told its been taken off the market because someone applied before usnnNot once did anyone apologize for the negligence and confusion in the application processnnJust because this community offers affordable housing doesnt mean applicants should be allowed to be treated this way We couldnt finish our sentences without getting cut off My mom threatened to report them for their negligence and the response was thats fine more ... hide ...
