I thought I loved this place for my mom however Im concerned at the lack of courtesy and concern they have for their tenantsnnIm very concerned about my mother living in this facility After attempting to reach my mother and not hearing from her in few days my sisters and I began to worry I called the front office asking if they could do a wellness check and was informed by Lynette that they can not knock on my mothers door to see if shes okay and that they dont perform wellness checks since its not an assisted living facility I was told that I need to contact 311nnA stranger would knock on a neighbors door in the community if they wondered about their safety I dont understand how walking down the hall is so difficult My mother is mobile and able to care or herself however she is senior citizen This is a senior living facility with an office Admin on staff The lack of concern they have for people and their tenants is baffling I bet if they didnt get their rent money they would walk a few doors down to knock on the door more ... hide ...

Office lady vary rude I will not put her name on here She was recommended by my veterans affairs office I should have known something was wrong when I called and she was not polite on the phone the first thing out of her mouth after I introduced myself was yea I know who you are you were supposed to be here this morning I replied No dont think thats me I just got your information 30 minutes ago She did not like my response and continued to have an attitude Me and my wife thought it was a different part of Tyvola when we arrived my wife told me that she knew someone that lived at the location and there was a lot of kids running around at night I was optimistic and wanted to see the room anyway BIG MISTAKE nnAs soon as I walked in she barely said hello WHERE IS YOUR WIFE she demanded I explained she was waiting in the car to see the room available because the area that the apartment where in is a rough area This made the lady vary angry She insisted that we dont have any trouble here and I told her I understand but my wife knew someone that lived here and gave a bad report I would just like to see for myself She said well its no seance of showing it to you because You came in with a negative attitude lol I told her that I would still be interested in the place despite the bad report if the apartment looked nice She put her hand on her face and said just wait outside Ill be out in a minute to show younnWe get to the apartment there was a lot of debris on the floor near the air vent with cover removed and tons of dust in the airIntake maintenance things are all over the kitchen and new pant on all the walls and trim but trim had many areas that were unfinished the floor was perfect brand new carpet in every room I told her I would like to at least fill out paperwork She said someone else is coming to see it I replied well it is first come first serve right She said no then she thought a second and said well yes but the others interested called this morning I said yea but they did not show up and before I could finish she cut me off and told me its not available they are coming to apply for it I looked at my wife and young daughter and said come on baby lets go I will be informing the Veterans Affairs office about what happened and how rude the frontdesk lady was more ... hide ...

I really dont even want to give yall 1 star I been waiting over two months for my refund from renting a space with yall After calling a million times I finally got a call from the Mecklenburg park and rec center and they said yall issued my refund in marchm it is now June and I NEVER received a damn penny from yall I should have known better then to give my 2020-06-05T15:07:20Z
