I really didnt want to give this apartment one star First let me start by saying this I called this complex on a Monday spoken to a guy asked him to email me an information on the paperwork needed to get on their waitlist First of all if peoples are on the waitlist 9 out of 10 they have found somewhere else to live I told him I was calling from out of town a 2019-02-17T23:10:51Z
I really didnt want to give this apartment one star First let me start by saying this I called this complex on a Monday spoken to a guy asked him to email me an information on the paperwork needed to get on their waitlist First of all if peoples are on the waitlist 9 out of 10 they have found somewhere else to live I told him I was calling from out of town and I needed to apply for a 3 bedroom townhouse I wouldnt waste my time if he didnt tell me that they had some 3 bedroom TH or gardens units coming up Now its sounded great until I didnt receive the paperwork by email So I called about two days later to see if they were busy and forgot I was on the phone with a young lady this time Tiana I think that what her name was And she read my email address to me and stated she was sending it thenhowever that was a lie So if you dont wanna do your job find someone who really wanna a job I understand Charlotte is having a housing crisis however be up front and honest with peoples so you dont waste their time nor yours Still havent received my paperwork ugggh more ... hide ...

We toured the complex with Quentin He was so nice and really took his time showing us all the different amenities offered at the property We were especially impressed by the bike storage lockers and room as well as the pet spa and heated pool The entire building was clean and seemed brand new even though he said it was built a few years in the past He was ex 2022-12-06T19:09:19Z
