Upon reading some of these reviews I suppose like in all facets of life you cant please everyone and ya gotta remember peeps this is apartment life where you are sharing a building with many othersso to some extent we all have to accept there are going to be some inconveniencesnAll that being said I think what separates the many varied apartments in the area are the management and the facilities of each individual complex On these two areas it was my opinion that this apartment community shinednThe staff Grace Josh Amanda and Divinity were always responsive to our needs or concerns whether it be a maintenance issue or struggles with the trash collection You only had to call and they were on itnBut ya know more than that they are good people Really They seemed to actually get to know and remember individual tenants a lot more than you would expect in a large complex like that which initially would always surprise me that they actually remembered who I was at first which made me wonder for awhile if we were complaining too much about stuffbut I digress But bottom line being older than the typical apartment dweller demographic we hadnt lived in this type of housing environment for a long time and for us it really made a difference that Grace and Josh would go out of their way to be as helpful as they could be when necessarynAs far as facilities go the clubhouse and pool are very nice but I especially liked the gym there Had a great assortment of varied types of equipment and it was available 247nSo in closing its apartment life so there will be frustrations that just are what they are But in the Durham area you wont find an overall better environment of that world than the Reserve at Patterson Place more ... hide ...

My 82 yearold Mom lives there and she loves it The apartments have been remodeled the grounds are maintained its convenient to public transportation its quiet and no pets Just the perfect place to be

This apartment complex is a total mess I lived in these apartments for a year and a half and had issues with the complex the entire time The managers were informal and extremely hard to get a hold of Just during my time living at this complex there were at least 3 different managers I had maintenance issues throughout my time living there and they were never 2021-03-22T17:52:40Z
This apartment complex is a total mess I lived in these apartments for a year and a half and had issues with the complex the entire time The managers were informal and extremely hard to get a hold of Just during my time living at this complex there were at least 3 different managers I had maintenance issues throughout my time living there and they were never really fixed and at times forgotten about for months at a time For example my washer and dryer did not work and I had to call them and bug them every day for weeks to finally get anything to be worked on I never paid rent late and never was an issue to the complex I should not have had to deal with what I did at this complexnnI also want to mention that when I decided to move out I had not actually been on a lease for the last 3 months I lived there office seemed to have lost me within the cracks of the business After moving out I left that apartment cleaner that when I moved in When I moved in there was dirt in cupboards and around kitchen carpets were not clean bathrooms needed cleaning and there were the last residents jewelry and small things scattered around the apartment Plus when I moved in the blinds were broken porch door broke porch light broken etc which I got most fixed prior to moving out When I received my security deposit back they had charged me for things that I know there was nothing wrong with they charged me a late fee for something that has no explanation for anywhere There is no explanation of any of the charges money that was taken from my security deposit I do fully believe that the complex took money out of my security deposit for things that should not have beennnI just recommend to everyone to not live at these apartments more ... hide ...
