My apartment at this complex was really nice Due to circumstances totally beyond my control I could not continue to pay my rent My social security disability did not get approved during my tenancy Michael Thomas the property manager at the time offered 2 options move voluntarily or be evicted He also told me that once I got my finances restored I could move 2013-09-09T12:02:24Z
My apartment at this complex was really nice Due to circumstances totally beyond my control I could not continue to pay my rent My social security disability did not get approved during my tenancy Michael Thomas the property manager at the time offered 2 options move voluntarily or be evicted He also told me that once I got my finances restored I could move back in Never at anytime did I take that to mean I would be charged for the remainder of my lease And I was never contacted by anyone concerning this matter No response to my inquires when I made attempts to reach them AFTER it appeared on my credit report At the present time I still have not been able to reach anyone in their corporate office since the new management do not seem to know who owns the apartments more ... hide ...

I am a current resident moved from out of state To start before we moved in we did virtual tours and talked a lot with the leasing office to be sure it was a good fit because we moved from WI and couldnt tour before we moved We were told there was laundry on site and there would be a new pool that would be ready before summer both false and pool is just now 2022-10-11T22:16:08Z
I am a current resident moved from out of state To start before we moved in we did virtual tours and talked a lot with the leasing office to be sure it was a good fit because we moved from WI and couldnt tour before we moved We were told there was laundry on site and there would be a new pool that would be ready before summer both false and pool is just now being constructed I am so dissatisfied and disgusted The fact that we have had several problems but when I call the office I am always sent through to another company that says We will rely the message and they will give you a call yet no one ever calls us back We have called over a dozen times I went to the physical office and voiced my concerns they said they were told the problems were resolved which they never were This problem being maintenance had entered our unit to fix a water leak going to our downstairs neighbors unit they had made a huge mess and never notified us anyone entered I thought someone had broke in They said someone would come and clean up their mess surprise no one ever came Virginia said she would send an exterminator for the roach issue and no one has come out My apartment is against NC building code requiring an outlet to be anywhere there is running water no outlet in bathroom at all Renovations are done poorly If I could give them a 010 I would more ... hide ...
