Ive lived here for about a year Ive had no issues The property is not luxury but it is up to date and that makes sense with the price Maintenance has always been responsive and timely Front desk has always answered my questions and been very helpful I do recommend Itll be hard to find a nice property with this competitive of a price

This place is a complete joke We can start with the parking Whats the point of having numbered parking if no one is going to park in their assigned spots My neighbor has his little friends parking in our spot all of the time or whoever spot they feel like parking in that day Then they sit in the parking lot while working on their cars and blaring loud music 2022-04-27T22:42:42Z
This place is a complete joke We can start with the parking Whats the point of having numbered parking if no one is going to park in their assigned spots My neighbor has his little friends parking in our spot all of the time or whoever spot they feel like parking in that day Then they sit in the parking lot while working on their cars and blaring loud music Also is it really that hard to take up one parking spot I guess who can blame them when all the number are faded and they did asphalt work but they only did parking lot at the front office so it look nice when you come to look at this horrible place and did patch work while everywhere else has huge cracks Speaking of office These people are the worse apartment office staff I have ever dealt with The old manger was nice and listened to us while this one could care less what you have to say Then whoever that woman is that sits at just the most random desk in the hallway is even worse extremely disrespectful and will give you attitude She blamed the residents and everyone else but the office for the problems They also want to charge you a and I quote from the email from the office today lease violation charge for trash What do they have people sitting there watching the residents to catch you and charge you a random fee that isnt stated in my lease so I dont have to pay If they got that much free time then why did it take two weeks to complete my maintenance request more ... hide ...
