Highly would NOT recommend Ive been staying here since June of 2021 Never had a problem until now I have a 7 month old and she just received her vaccines so shes been having a fever on and off My ac has been out for almost a week now so you would think that was an emergency being that the temperatures are high It has been between 8590 degrees this week and will be almost 100 this weekend I have emailed and called the leasing office numerous times and no one responded until maybe Wednesday only because my mother went to the leasing office for me She got the corporate number and I left a voicemail for them and Ive called numerous times and no one has answered or returned my call They put a window unit in my living room which only cools one room and will eventually run my light bill up because I cant turn it off or we will be in our unit sweating with our 7 month old This is ridiculous 100 would not recommend I called to the leasing office and they said that their manager has not been in the office so they have to WAIT until she returns then they will order the piece needed for my ac unit and itll maybe be here next week This is an emergency its not being treated as such Save your money Oh and the gated community hasnt been gated the middle of 2021 more ... hide ...

ZERO STARS dont let the look of these apartments deceive you Please I beg you dont waste time or money moving over here You will be doing your self a BIG favor I regret moving to this complex Plus they raised the price of a 3 bedroom to over 1600 Really Smh

Only reason I gave two stars is because my wife and kids like the area but the management is poor once you sign the lease They are extremely helpful during the application and registration process but that is about it A couple of days after we moved in they changed all of the sites door knobs to remove the lock leaving only the deadbolt to secure the door 2017-04-06T17:28:39Z
Only reason I gave two stars is because my wife and kids like the area but the management is poor once you sign the lease They are extremely helpful during the application and registration process but that is about it A couple of days after we moved in they changed all of the sites door knobs to remove the lock leaving only the deadbolt to secure the door They said it made it easier for their master key system to enter the property So sacrifice my security to make your job easier Most of the apartments have storm doors but mine was obviously broken off before I got here Same thing with the sliding screen door for the back sliding glass door When I requested these they told me its my responsibility to buy and install them as they do not do this anymore either Theres not much they do other than file paperwork for new tenants They dont even accept rent payments at the office they have to be mailed off Not very well managed in my opinion more ... hide ...
