Not a terrible apartment complex but definitely could be much better My wife does travel nursing so we rented a furnished apartment from here for 6 months The beds in the furnished apartment are the worst We literally just slept on the couch other wise we wouldnt have been able to sleep at all I even bought a foam mattress topper and it did no help at all Th 2022-06-27T22:08:48Z
Not a terrible apartment complex but definitely could be much better My wife does travel nursing so we rented a furnished apartment from here for 6 months The beds in the furnished apartment are the worst We literally just slept on the couch other wise we wouldnt have been able to sleep at all I even bought a foam mattress topper and it did no help at all The cars drive through there super loud throughout the entire night and woke my kids up all the time in the middle of the night People that live there do not put their trash in the dumpsters but rather leave the trash piled up all around the dumpster To the point that it starts to pile up in the parking lot The office staff seem to be nice but are not very helpful On the weekends the pool is packed out with people that do not live there and have no regard for safety of the kids in the pool nor the language that comes out of their mouth The one great thing about this place is the maintenance staff are very quick at fixing any issues that you may have in your apartment The maintenance guys deserve a raise other than that I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a nice family friendly apartment complex more ... hide ...

This is by far the worse apartment complex to rent from If I could give them zero stars I would They do not fix anything I have stayed here for almost two years rent has went up every year atleast 100 dollars I have been told for the lease we would get a upgraded sink still nothing I have stuff still broken from when we first moved in They dont care neither do I The staff is rude well the one I always encounter withnnI have mold in my apartment of course they try to say its my fault but the mold is growing in the wall they do not wanna admit it It damaged my dresser and they did not replace it neither do they care to replace it Then said I would be responsible to get it cleaned for 700 something dollars I think notnnThe trash get dumped maybe once every three weeks the apartments cost this much need to be upgraded been saying it for 2 years now and still nothing upgraded Last parking good luck if you paying 1800 for rent and have to walk 2 miles just to get home because parking is full and you gotta park down the streetnnPlease let this be your last option Believe me when my lease is up we are out of here never again more ... hide ...
