Amazing property and Sheila was SO kind and helpful The only reason it didnt get 5 stars is the person I was emailing and made the viewing appointment with was a virtual assistant There was no actual apartment to see and the virtual tour we took could have been done from home and was prior to driving to the property We made the appointment to specifically 2022-07-11T20:13:43Z

Adams Court was an affordable haven for Seniors and Disabled people But a souless new owner has added Adams Court to their portfolio And just as the new owner has done in six similar properties the rent has been raised and the former haven is gone The residents of Adams Court were generously given a month to come up with that increased rent or movenThe new o 2021-08-07T06:54:05Z

This place deserves no stars but Ill give it one because the maintenance guy and girl are great The office staff is horrible They play favorites with the residents and are obsessed with petty drama They also make up rules as they go There is never anyone in the office during business hours and they also refuse to answer the phone It is not worth the headache 2022-04-06T15:22:36Z
