I recently lived here for just under a year before moving to a bigger place and enjoyed the experience overall The units are cute and set up to maximize privacy between neighbors Office personnel was accessible helpful and professional for the most part no complaints Maintenance was efficient and I always knew when they would be entering the apartment so I could secure my dog which was very helpful One issue is that the pool was usually gross to the point of being unusable by residents My daughter and I checked it oftenand we only got to use it a couple times due to this issue much to her disappointment I believe this was mainly due to the fact that it was not secured in any way so the public usedabused it and maintenance couldnt keep up The rest of the grounds and amenities were nicely maintained

I moved here at the end of October 2021 so I havent been here long but I moved from Ohio so there were a few things I noticed once I got here as expected that differ from the promotional videos I saw onlinennThe apartments are nice only slightly outdated with some previous repairs I wouldve done differently for the price For instance I have some beige paint spots on the ceiling from where the painters made a mistake here and there and some of the cabinets have warped wood that was just painted over There was a weird odor coming from the newly installed carpet that we havent been able to figure out I dont notice it as often but it was therenThe rooms are a decent size but the hallways are much shorter and smaller than the videos online suggest When I first moved here I thought they had given me a 1 bdrm apartment by mistake because theres a wall that comes out that was obscuring the very small hallway that lead to the other bedroom The doorways are a bit narrow for the bathrooms closets but I think that may just be a North Carolina design that I wasnt used to I had to unscrew the legs on a couch to get it through the Master bdrm door as Im using it for an office A friend of mine who has a house out here has smaller closet bathroom door frames as wellnThe apartments should come with a User Manual however There were several times I had to call the office to figure out things like how to raise my blinds or use the dishwasher The blinds have no pull strings so to raise them you just have to push up on the bottom slats to get it to raise where you want The dishwasher has a switch on the wall that has to be on before you can use it etcThe price is comparable to the increase in apartments across the board In Ohio I had a 1bdrm unit that was increased to 850 per month as well as a forced Utility payment of 170 Here I pay 998 for a much more spacious 2bdrm which includes my water and pet rent Unfortunately apartments overall are getting much more expensive that is just reality But overall a lovely place to live The neighborhood is quiet and close to All American Freeway Cliffdale rd So its easy access to much of the citynnThe staff is absolutely wonderful They answer so many of my questions with a great attitude provide information on a regular basis via email and also snacks events for the residents It was so thoughtful of them to provide a fully catered meal for Thanksgiving where residents just lined up in front of the office and got a nice boxed dinner Theyre also having Winter holidayChristmas events as we speak I love the detail they put into resident activities Brenda Samantha Hannah and all the maintenance staff are amazing

Would not recommend Its close to base so I know its tempting but dont do it Gated community is a joke people will wait for someone who actually lives there to key in and DRIVE IN right behind you And the gate just started closing like 2 weeks ago Valet trash Comes when they feel like it You pay for that amenity but dont expect to experience it like youre supposed too Theres NEVER any parking because people come and stay with their buddies and get up in the am for PT and DONT LIVE here So it takes up parking And they refuse to have parking decals for residents so be prepared to park a few buildings down from your actual building There are 4 washers and 4 dryers for this ENTIRE complex One dryer does not work and the washing machine work when they feel like it They leave your clothes sopping wet and ruined my 150 clinical uniform This is not luxury its more of a project housing inside of a gate experience Run run run I hate it here cannot wait to leave
