Very poor staff Communication was subpar First red flag I visited the office and both women barely spoke I asked to view a unit and they quoted me a date a week out although there were 2 available units listed on the direct website I decided to go ahead and apply online because it so difficult to find apartments at the moment as we all know I was told via em 2022-01-07T15:44:52Z
Very poor staff Communication was subpar First red flag I visited the office and both women barely spoke I asked to view a unit and they quoted me a date a week out although there were 2 available units listed on the direct website I decided to go ahead and apply online because it so difficult to find apartments at the moment as we all know I was told via email that they were changing systems and I would need to submit a paper application after I had already paid the application fee via the online portal I specifically asked for office hours and the office was still closed upon arrival I was told the payment was sent back to the card used online and I would need pay the fee again Which is fine however I have still not received the returned payment and they are no longer responding to my emails Needless to say clear more ... hide ...

We have repairs that need to be repaired some from back in February 2022 when we moved in still not repaired We keep being told excuses and why they havent been fixed and told they will be there to repair on a certain day noone ever shows up and if they do they look at it but nothing is fixed Very unprofessional and we are not happy Than being told there 2022-06-14T13:32:32Z

I lived here for two years and they set high standards for what I expect from an apartment management staff All my maintenance needs were met in a timely manner the neighbors were nice and quiet and the staff was friendly Also the location is good because its close to the 295 and you can get to anywhere you need to go from there

We are nearing the end of our first year lease my wife and I moved in when we got married and we love it here Especially for a young couple with no kids it is very affordable clean and well maintained Any time we submit a maintenance request it is responded to almost immediately provided it is during business hours and our issues are always taken care of The 2021-12-27T17:14:09Z
