So I called Jennifer the property manager and asked about availability Was told yes she did have apartments available She requested pay stubs I sent them Was told yes it looks like you qualify Set up an appointment Went in and filled out the application She requested another pay stub and stated that she needed income verification from my bossnnI provided my bosss email that same day and asked her to send the form asap as my boss was going on vacation out of the country the next day My boss followed up reminding me to have it sent I texted Jennifer a reminder No responsennMy boss looked for the email every day of her vacation and nothing I sent her the paystub and called emailed and texted No response I have tried to follow up and at least get some type of response for over 2 weeks now And its crickets nnIf you need housing and you need it quickly this is not the place for you Do not be fooled by her speech saying communication is key

I did an application and was never contacted about my status I left messages and never got a call back I think it was all a scum to get 25 application fees knowing they didnt have any apartments left

I was a tenant at this apartments I moved in July 1st 2020 Under the old owners Come this year we got new owners Around June of this year 2021 I go to them and tell them I want to move So I put in my 60 day notice Come July 24th I go back to them and tell them I have changed my mind and I pay the rent for August The lady took my rent money then told me I

I was a tenant at this apartments I moved in July 1st 2020 Under the old owners Come this year we got new owners Around June of this year 2021 I go to them and tell them I want to move So I put in my 60 day notice Come July 24th I go back to them and tell them I have changed my mind and I pay the rent for August The lady took my rent money then told me I still had to move because they already rented out my apartment First I dont see how you can rent out someones house if they are still living in it Then she threatened to take me to court and have my voucher taken if I didnt leave Ms Angie continued to bullying me in to move after I told her I wasnt Then she called the utility places and had my power and hot water forcefully cut off which is against the law we are in a pandemic but yet the lady still continue to make threats at me so I left the property on my own because I did not want an eviction on my record I did not know on August 3rd that the precedent had signed the bill Otherwise I would not have moved I have contacted an attorney and called the CDC I will be contacting the owners of the property and who ever else I can think of I will be filing a law suit What Ms Angie did was wrong and against the law And the matter is being looked into

Ashley wasis extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the apartments My husband and I recently relocated and she has made our familys transition easy and smooth If she didnt know something she got right back to us with the answer The neighborhood is quiet and ppl seem to keep to themselves Thanks so much Ashley
