UPDATEnnChanging my review after getting a taste of management When Lydia and Mackenzie were there everything was wonderful Since weve underwent new management the place has gone downhill The manager literally acts like she doesnt want her job and is poor at communication The receptionist staff is nice but its clear that they dont understand how their policy works Hopefully things will improve over the next couple months and management will get it togethernnIve been a CP for about 1 12 and I truly enjoyed my stay here The complex is super quiet and I never feel unsafe when I come home at night The front office people are super sweet and helpful and theyre always ready to help when needed The maintenance people are also superb My unit was having issues every single week and maintenance would come as many times as needed to solve those issues Despite being the only two people they definitely get things done The location of the apartment is very convenient as well Its super close to ECU with a shuttle that picks you up from the apartments and there are grocery stores and restaurants that are 13 minutes walking distance as well I truly have enjoyed my stay here and I hate that I cant stay for longer Ive graduated and plan to find a job out of state but if you are considering living here I HIGHLY recommend that you check it out
