Not bad for the price but they charge you a 200 cleaning fee that is not included in the lease they also advertised guest parking but said they oversold on resident parking passes so there were no guest passes Now they have guest parking which they charge 4hour for They started off great but progressively worsened over the year

The office staff is decent and friendly Ive dealt with far worse The apartments are a little pricey for the area with no amenities The main road Frontgate Dr is always trashy thats due to the litter bug tenants Stray cats are everywhere and the apartments are roach infested big time They do spray upon request but its a temporary fix Weve put tape on all our 2022-01-02T23:57:28Z

After Covid hit and everyone who got help with there rent they made move after your lease was up This company isnt great at all I hate to say it but they cheat you out of your deposit when its time to move clean all you want wont make a difference Rent has went up tremendously because of the economy and greed They allow dogs to go as they please anywhere the 2022-07-10T15:21:36Z
