I have lived here since January 2019 Recently Winterwood took over the apartment complex For months I have tried to get management to have maintenance come to fix my toilet which was rocking lightly The maintenance guy has been here 3 times to fix the toilet which since rocks very hard now has flooded my entire apartment from underneath of the toilet and he

I have lived here since January 2019 Recently Winterwood took over the apartment complex For months I have tried to get management to have maintenance come to fix my toilet which was rocking lightly The maintenance guy has been here 3 times to fix the toilet which since rocks very hard now has flooded my entire apartment from underneath of the toilet and he placed some kind of clips under the toilet which makes the toilet stand off the floor 12 so I can literally put one of my foot slides underneath the gap under the toiletnThe new manager has an attitude the majority of the time when I go into the office to discuss problems in the apartment or pay my rentnThey need to do better
