We have lived here for about 6 months and we have had numerous issues We get no heat in the master bedroom windows would leak because they were not sealed we had black mold and the office did not care for about two months our air conditioning went out and they said they couldnt get anyone here at the moment along with the air leaking into the kitchen We have 2022-06-02T16:15:22Z
We have lived here for about 6 months and we have had numerous issues We get no heat in the master bedroom windows would leak because they were not sealed we had black mold and the office did not care for about two months our air conditioning went out and they said they couldnt get anyone here at the moment along with the air leaking into the kitchen We have seen countless amounts of roaches that my dog tries to eat The staff are belittled by the owner of the apartments They take about two months to get anyone out for a work order request All appliances are outdated and typically will not work There are much better options in Jacksonville but I would not recommend here more ... hide ...

My friend car got towed because she was backed up in a parking space and ran inside to change the baby diaper real quick with the car still on and the maintenance man whom watched her get out and go inside spitefully called the tow company because of reasonings I can think of a whole bunch and had her car towed with everything inside purse car keyshouse key 2020-01-23T14:17:47Z
My friend car got towed because she was backed up in a parking space and ran inside to change the baby diaper real quick with the car still on and the maintenance man whom watched her get out and go inside spitefully called the tow company because of reasonings I can think of a whole bunch and had her car towed with everything inside purse car keyshouse keys and she had to pay 210 to get her car Im currently waiting on the apt complex to call back and will leave a message on every hr until someone does That maintenance person didnt even give her the common curtesy of telling her she cant park like that He was petty and spiteful Tell me who reads the rules when picking someone up from someones house She didnt plan on getting out but when you have a new baby whos crying sometimes you make split decisions He the maintenance person is a ugly individual and should be ashamed of himself Anything to make money No more good people anymore And they call us ignorant more ... hide ...
