These apartments are beautiful I can reach the sinks and see in the mirrors they are very nice and spacious I hope to live there one day Thank you for building them for the King area

I lived here for 4 years its now 2022 Within the time frame my first apartment living was great Until the non communication between office lady handyman My floors had been falling threw broken tiles everywhere you walk you literally feel the whole floor shake or move Keep in mind i have been doing the write up slips for each thing Lastly I my 4 year old had to move due to black mold on the tub walls We were staying very sick non stop due to this If you decide this is where you need to live make it a short sweet stay This place does not care about your health or well being while living in the pilot view apartments Very grateful to have been allowed my time there but seriously wasnt worth all the rent And they told me to say for reason on moving i found a bigger place while they had been knowing about this the whole time did nothing Never again more ... hide ...

Neighbors are great quiet for the most part No drug activity
