I am not shocked to see so many different possible tenants giving this property one star because I agree wholeheartedly I put in an application several months back before the complex even came to full capacity went through the whole process back ground shakes verifications interview and was told there would be an apartment available for us in two weeks that 2020-06-09T22:13:48Z
I am not shocked to see so many different possible tenants giving this property one star because I agree wholeheartedly I put in an application several months back before the complex even came to full capacity went through the whole process back ground shakes verifications interview and was told there would be an apartment available for us in two weeks that two weeks turned into four months and when we called to inquire about was going on we were told after being told we were on a waiting list at the very top because we applied before they were at full capacity that we were no longer on the list and we had to start the process all over again even though there were no availabilities now I think that is very unprofessional I think its very uncaring for people who are looking to find a home and I dont think that an excuse for management in training or in transition is appropriate because this has been going on for almost a year so There was a very capable professional kind lady working in the office and taking care of potential tenants and she is no longer there and it seems as if she should be the one that still there and the transitioning manager thats not very professional helpful or courteous should maybe be the one seeking a different profession there is no excuse for the unprofessionalism or the lack of empathy for peoples time and commitment A complaint from one person about a situation is one thing several complaints from multiple people about the same person is an issue You have a beautiful community with a huge potential to be an amazing place to live dont let one person ruin that for your company more ... hide ...
