Has a cozy motel type feel to the layout Ive only been in a one bedroom apartment and it was very well maintained Only downfall is that whoever put the boards in used nails instead of screws so the floor squeaks with every step you take Im not sure if thats a problem to those underneath as the apartment I visited was on the top floor Over all it seems to be

You dont tell someone they can move in the next Friday and then Wednesday afternoon before move in tell them they cant have the apartment after allNOT GOOD If I could rate a negative star wouldve done it
