My SisterinLaw lives there and because the Property Manager Ashley Riddle Vaughn has personal issues with her she refused to address an emergency request for no ac when the temps have reached the highest of 92 outside My Sisterinlaw also has 5 children and 4 of them are under age 5 For no reason at all should she have been without ac for a total of 3 days Wh 2020-07-16T14:30:06Z
My SisterinLaw lives there and because the Property Manager Ashley Riddle Vaughn has personal issues with her she refused to address an emergency request for no ac when the temps have reached the highest of 92 outside My Sisterinlaw also has 5 children and 4 of them are under age 5 For no reason at all should she have been without ac for a total of 3 days When I called to ask what is going on Ashley was very rude and refused to tell me anything Being that I work in Property Management I know that residents can give you the ok to speak to a family or friend and when I said that to her she still refused to speak to me or be willing to speak to me I dont care what kind of personal issues you have with someone you should never refuse them heat or ac I reported her to HUD as well as their corporate office and I will continue to do so everyday until she realizes she discriminated against them and treated them unfairly more ... hide ...

They use to keep this place clean well groomed the grounds not so much lately trash thrown about looks like they don t care anymore

Very nice living apartments are remodeled very clean maintenance is GREAT I really recommended to live here you will LOVE IT Quiet comfortable

What somebody is talking about 219 she has the most beautiful and cleanest apartment there not only that but I have been in there numerous times u can eat and drink off the floors in their thats how clean it is Mr Rogers also keeps the maintenance up Keep up the good work Income changes cause people work
