I have lived at Regency Park for about two weeks and so far it has been amazing I moved from Arizona without seeing the complex in person first so it was a little stressful but Teshia was an angel and made it as easy as possible even calling to remind me when I forgot to sign a form so that it wasnt late I have also worked with Sarah since moving in and she 2022-11-17T02:07:09Z
I have lived at Regency Park for about two weeks and so far it has been amazing I moved from Arizona without seeing the complex in person first so it was a little stressful but Teshia was an angel and made it as easy as possible even calling to remind me when I forgot to sign a form so that it wasnt late I have also worked with Sarah since moving in and she is lovely The office staff is actually responsive and kind when many other places that I spoke to were not which was a huge factor in me choosing this place I have only seen two roaches here so far and it was when it was raining so its no big deal this is just something that comes with the area Maintenance has been extremely fast in filling my work orders and Felix is very kind making me feel safe with him in my apartment This is an affordable apartment for the area and yes there are probably more luxurious places to live but this apartment is everything that I need and I feel like it is well worth my money I feel safe here and am very happy with Regency Park thus far more ... hide ...

I have been a resident for two years The location is fantastic The apartments while they could absolutely use some modernization for the price point are fine However property management company does not value the residents As a resident you are simply a paycheck Residents are subject to exorbitant fees for any minor adjustment or change you would like to make Just adding my fianc to my lease was an incredibly painful and financially costly move 200 when everything was said and done We have also been told that if we would like to move into a larger apartment there will be additional fees starting to feel like fines associated with the move The leasing office is slow to respond unsympathetic and emotionless to the issues or concerns of its residentsnWe are actively seeking new places to live and will never encourage anyone to live at a community owned by PRG Real Estate more ... hide ...

Its actually really funny that as soon as a negative review comes through on this page there are tons of positive 5star reviews that come through Within 24 hours This company is awful They are lying online to try and protect what little reputation they have The Domain Apartments is disgusting inside and out They are disrespectful and take advantage of their 2022-05-05T15:49:00Z
Its actually really funny that as soon as a negative review comes through on this page there are tons of positive 5star reviews that come through Within 24 hours This company is awful They are lying online to try and protect what little reputation they have The Domain Apartments is disgusting inside and out They are disrespectful and take advantage of their tenants The pictures online do NOT represent what their units look like and hopefully any potential renter will be cautious that they are doing everything they can to make themselves look better than they are If you are really interested in living there talk to someone who lives there and theyll tell you how disgusting the place is The vents are never changed the appliances do not work right maintenance is slow to assist and cars get towed with no warning or rationale I called and emailed numerous times since the management switched over for various needs and was never given a satisfactory answer I have rented a lot in my lifetime and this is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever experienced Do NOT move here more ... hide ...
