People beware of this housing authority is designed to make families homeless this place is suppose to go by income but if you work they raise your rent so high its almost like your pay rent to your own house some where else They lock your thermostat and you think this will save you money but in fact it goes up to a couple hundred dollars extra for utilities even if your not working Even if you get a eviction and pay they put it on your credit report so if they make you and your families homeless they have messed up your record to make sure people dont rent to you and to basically make sure familes stay homeless after moving from Statesville housing If your working they raise it to bout 700 amonth if you just get 400 dollars a month for childsupport and not working they raise your rent up high and housing suppose to go by income not to be so high that it suppose to make families homeless this place is a scam and the goverment need to investigate this housing to see how many families they cause to be evicted and make families homeless if they suppose to help families My income is 400 childsupport my stove tore up and they charge me 600 dollars for the stove if im not working how can i afford that I feel like people in the offices is pocketing low income residents money by raising their rent so high the made rent up to 1700 dollars if im not working how can i afford this Its all a scam this housing should be on the news for taken from the residents and making families homeless people becareful of this housing authority Please beware more ... hide ...

Every time I call the manager Sarah will answer the first ring and act like she cant hear me and then hang up So I will call back and it does a beeping sound so I will hang up and call back and she sends me straight to voicemail It is like she doesnt want to deal with anybody How are you going to get business if you ignore people who want to try and live th 2019-06-18T13:18:27Z

Lived here for 11 mos The first few mos were bareable Water was dirty and there was a whole in the wall that I ended up patching myself I could not renew my lease because my ceiling leaked soo bad and there was mold everywhere Shootings and lying neighbors caused many disturbances and its not a safe place to raise children I believe maintaince stole money an 2020-02-07T15:10:27Z
