I lived here from December 2019 and broke our lease in JuneJuly of 2020 Do NOT move in here We had constant noise issues from above us up until March Our storage unit got broken into and I lost 3 THOUSAND dollars worth of things stolen Our AC went out in May and we had to call 4 times we got multiple excuses and it took a month to get fixed Multiple other things took awhile to get fixed This was absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had living in an apartment It constantly smelled like Weed in my little girls room The parking lot was constantly dirty with broken glass and dirty diapers And there were clearly drug deals going on in the parking lot in broad daylight Police are constantly circling the complex The office manager was nice but she made a lot of excuses for the lack of a maintenance crew When my family lived there we knew of one person doing everything and I was told he hadnt gotten any work orders from the office to fix our apartment On top of everything we were told a couple doors were going to be replaced when we moved in but were delayed a week or so to be repainted We lived there for 6 months We never got those doors replaced I cant not stress enough how horrible living in these apartments is For your sanity live somewhere else If you have a family look elsewhere Its not safe for kids I installed additional locks on the door just so my wife felt safe at night On top of all this I believe my phone number was given out because I started to get threatening text messages in August from people who believed I still lived there Idk how they got my number
