The absolute worst excuse for public assistance I applied in 2014 was placed on a wait and listen 2017 here it is now 2022 and I just got a letter in the mail saying that I am updated on the waiting list This program has failed our community with the surge in rent this wouldve been beneficial but the entire staff at the section 8 office is just as pathetic y

The absolute worst excuse for public assistance I applied in 2014 was placed on a wait and listen 2017 here it is now 2022 and I just got a letter in the mail saying that I am updated on the waiting list This program has failed our community with the surge in rent this wouldve been beneficial but the entire staff at the section 8 office is just as pathetic you will never get anyone to answer the phone the entire building is too busy to answer phone calls or call back Our city is not overcrowded to the point where it takes 7 years for this program to address everybody that is on the waiting list I was giving false email addresses when trying to contact higher management intentionally They do not care about the community or the people onor that signed up for this program nor are they here to help in anyway

I absolutely do not like this place the crime rate here is ridiculous Unfortunately for me my daughter and grandkids reside here home broken into twice and a bullet hole found through my granddaughters bedroom I cant wait for her to move Praying for my family
