DO NOT MOVE HERE Worst experience renting ever My experience started with lies noisy neighbors bugs and has only been horrible for the past two years Example Ive been waiting to hear back about when my clogged toilet with feces and urine in it will be fixed and its been a week They wont even return my phone call I spoke with someone 3 days ago who told me they would be out that day or early the next morning but no one ever came My apartment is beginning to smell like a toilet Because I have a second toilet this is not looked at as an emergency but I have waited MONTHS to have things fixed that according to my lease were apart of my landlords responsibility to keep up with so I dont have much hope it will be fixed soon You cant get a live person when you call only a voicemail and they dont want you to do anything to the property yourself Needless to say I am actively looking to move now that this COVID 19 stuff is calming down Very disappointed and will warn everyone to only move here as a last resort more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for a year and am currently renewing my lease to move into a larger apartment First things first Jenny is amazing and organized She can answer any question and solve any problem Shes always walking around the complex making sure everything is as it should be If I ever have an issue with my apartment I put in a maintenance request in the app and its usually fixed within an hour The landscaping team keeps the grass cut and neat consistently Theyre currently remodeling updating and renovating apartments as people move out Some are outdated yes but theyre working to fix and upgrade everything they can The rent is affordable considering the quiet location and the amount of space within each apartment Lots of closet and storage space and a good sized private patio Ive had no issues with loud music or random people wandering around They keep a close eye on the parking lots to ensure only residents are using them and they will quickly tow anyone parking there that shouldnt be The pool is huge and usually not very busy I honestly love living here The people on here saying Jenny is rude are most likely people who didnt pay their rent or broke the rules more ... hide ...
