I been living here about 3 years now All the of the onsite mangers been very friendly and helpful have open door policy It safe place and if you have kids it very kid friendly The grounds and the apartments are well kept and updated Lots of eazy parking Rooms have lots of spaceTo sum it up it is very good place to live

NO STARS I would NEVER recommend this place to Anyone Beware before you apply to this apartment complex Dont fall for the 99 deposit special I lived here for 1 year I paid almost 1500 dollars per month on time I moved out 10 days ago with no problem Then I get a call today saying that we owe 1600 dollars for the new carpet that they just installed They never 2022-05-27T01:29:13Z
NO STARS I would NEVER recommend this place to Anyone Beware before you apply to this apartment complex Dont fall for the 99 deposit special I lived here for 1 year I paid almost 1500 dollars per month on time I moved out 10 days ago with no problem Then I get a call today saying that we owe 1600 dollars for the new carpet that they just installed They never called us in those 10 days to let us know or to let us see or take any photos or to let us know there was a problem When questioned about it she just acted angry and rude and would not show us proof of anything Then she informed us that if we dont pay the 1600 dollars she will ruin my credit I have excellent credit and she knows this so she decides to threaten me with it We only lived here for 1 year so there was only normal wear to the carpet This for us was a shock and completely handled so unprofessionally and without so much as a phone call or email before hand Please beware of this place and there underhanded business practices more ... hide ...

Gorgeous inside Ideal location I went to school in that building many years ago Great place for seniors Wilson NC is the most beautiful and unique place to live You could eat at a different place every day for a year and still not have been to all of the eating establishments AWESOME place to live

I am a tenant here now and management is the WORST The lady that rented me my apartment went on leave to give birth to her child but replace her position with a family member that couldnt answer not ONE question when being asked On one occasion I had a concern and once again she couldnt answer a question I asked her to call her sister the lady who rented me my apartment and she responded that the property management said she doesnt have the time So unprofessional Mind you I have been staying here since July and I still dont have a mailbox key because the one she had given me never worked and promise she would fix it but being really cheap they tried to fix them themselves and Im figuring thats against the law so everyday my mailbox is open where anyone can walk out and take my mail Again I called the property management and she tells me to pay 15 dollars and get it fixed when that should have been done before renting out the apartment But to sum it all up I would advise this not to be a thought about moving here just not a good place at all especially not for kids more ... hide ...
