Piedmont Circle apartments are okay but the property manager is the problem I had a issue the property manager and her receptionist come to my apartment very angry and over talked me The property manager doesnt do her job and I believe WinstonSalem Housing Authority needs to replace both of them with new peoples that know exactly what they are doing and that
