7620I had an inperson appointment in 2018 I think it was The woman I had the appointment with then application specialist was very pleasant to work with If I remember correctly she retired or something Some time later I was called about a home they were working on would be ready for us to move into soon When I asked for a tour I was told they dont do them I was told I had to let them know my decision I cant remember the exact timeframe in less than 24 hrs We drove out there checked the outside of the house out I turned it down Ive never moved into a place without at least being able to do a walk through I would have liked to have seen the inside to see if it would accommodate my disability Plus there was a cat in the backyard that had a food bowl near it Im allergic to cats so that would never have workednnEarlier this year I had a phone appointment scheduled with the new application specialist Ms Spivey I waited for the call it never came Next thing I knew I received a snarky email telling me the date time of my next appointment that if I didnt answer the phone Id be removed from the wait list I emailed back told her I never received her call She told me she called my phone on file old I forwarded her the email where she told me a period of time before thatd shed updated my ph Id passed along For some reason I couldnt get it to update online so I reached out to let them know I asked her why she had to be so rude I told her it wasnt worth it for me to continue the process with someone so edgy for her to just remove me from the list She asked me if I still wanted the appointment when I didnt respond I received a letter in the mail informing me I was being removed from the waiting list if I didnt want to be removed to let them know within 10 days Im disabled life can be enough of a roller coaster ride without having an unprofessional person making it more difficult I felt that if things were like that with her then how would things be with the agency once wed moved in Disappointing experience more ... hide ...

I have lived in Bellivista for almost 2 years and dread going to the office to speak with Jodi or Michelle who have both claimed I was lying at times only to have it proven I was telling the truth The lack of professionalism that these 2 individuals have shown is on a level that I have never before seen Even when proven wrong they still dont have the backbon 2019-08-17T14:26:35Z
I have lived in Bellivista for almost 2 years and dread going to the office to speak with Jodi or Michelle who have both claimed I was lying at times only to have it proven I was telling the truth The lack of professionalism that these 2 individuals have shown is on a level that I have never before seen Even when proven wrong they still dont have the backbone to apologize for the allegation or the disrespectful manner in which they speak to people Jodi accused me of not reporting that I was working I argued yes I did thats why I now pay full rent and she checked her system and found that I had reported I was actually at the office to pay my rent when this occured When that didnt work she refused my rent payment because it was after the 5th of the month making me 9 days late I did not recieve any notice or anything The reason my rent was late is simpleI work from 530am until 445pm MF I actually got out of work early so I could take my rent in Bellavistas hrs are 830am430pm and thet dont see tenants on Fridays There is NO dropbox bc it was stolen a few years ago When Jodi couldnt get me out based on nonreporting she became petty I had 1200 in money orders mind you my rent is 785 she told me to use that as firsy months rent and deposit elsewhere Accepting rent late is at her descretion At one point she pushed the money orders across the table and said they arent made out yet make em out to yourself and cash them pr deposit them into your account She is such a mean nasty person I asked if there was anything I could do and she pompusly leaned back in her chair and said nope its up to me Im not taking it Ive never felt so belittled and disrespected in my life She further shows her lack of professionalisim on these reviews in black and white as I see several individuals that she has responded to as if the reviews and experiences they faced here could be argued Treating this as a social media platform I have a well paying job so money to move is not the issue its more that time os the issue My hope is that the new owners see these reviews and handle the situation accordingly Mildred however is sweet as pie and I think Michelle is just trying to follow Jodis lead Advice to anyone dealing with Jodi or Michelle is to put your phone on record I forgot being in a hurry so that there is no he said she said These women need to be exposed for the people they really are Oh and several light globes randomly fell and were never put back up Theyve been aware of this since my 1st inspection more ... hide ...

Beware of Tara McClafferty and maintenance They do very illegal things I lived here a few years ago unfortunately They were doing their routine inspections and I just so happen had an appointment so I wasnt there They illegally searched my apartment and stole things from me They found a bubbler with absolutely no drug residue I came home to an eviction notic 2018-11-27T18:58:15Z
Beware of Tara McClafferty and maintenance They do very illegal things I lived here a few years ago unfortunately They were doing their routine inspections and I just so happen had an appointment so I wasnt there They illegally searched my apartment and stole things from me They found a bubbler with absolutely no drug residue I came home to an eviction notice stating they called the police and they have it Red flags went up because they werent there to speak to me I grow a pair and call the sheriffs office They told me they had no idea what I was talking about I was young and didnt realize what they did was extremely illegal They literally went thru my belongings Then stole from me and lied Maintenance does watch people and kept making comments to me about how I had a black man in my apartment My friend and her man lost their home and had nowhere to go so I hosted them a couple of nights Be very careful and do NOT let them in your home unsupervised If I can take legal action Im going to I was also accused of being a druggie when I have proof I was passing drug screens more ... hide ...
