Nice place to live and great location Only problem I have is parking can sometimes be a pain depending on where you live especially in the winter You spend time shovelling snow because as soon as you shovel your way out someone parks there and so you have to ride around with a shovel to shovel a new spot Sometimes you have to circle the block a few times to 2020-12-28T11:11:46Z
Nice place to live and great location Only problem I have is parking can sometimes be a pain depending on where you live especially in the winter You spend time shovelling snow because as soon as you shovel your way out someone parks there and so you have to ride around with a shovel to shovel a new spot Sometimes you have to circle the block a few times to find a spot close and if you have groceries and kids its a hassle Most of the parking is filled up by people that have alot of in and out visitors at their house Then you have to leave more than enough room because everyone cant parallel park right dont be surprised if someone smashes into your car trying to park You have broke down cars that sit in the same spot for months on flats and mechanics that work on different cars Wish we had vistorresident parking and parking enforcement more ... hide ...

Update 09302022 About a year after construction the property management provided a private parking sign and assigned spaces as advertised on their listings In all of year one this was a defacto public lot but they still collected on parking addendums They have not made any offer to credit my statement for the 900 in fees paid towards their lease obligation in year 1 which they failed to make any effort to maintain or even realize I will reach out and confirm their response to my request for refund and my next stepsnnYou may PARK for FREE in the permitted lot and save yourself 900 a year Skip the permitnnThere is no assigned parking despite it being stated on their listings that it is assigned surface parking Furthermore it is unsecured and is not visibly marked as private so while they may have you towed it is not actually a crime for you to park in this lot unauthorized That means that My Place Group would have to pay any costs to tow your car out of their own pocket Do the math they arent towing anyone You can look this upnnThere is ample parking on the street at all times and you car is actually safer on a visible roadway than in this secluded lot My car was broken into twice in past three months and I have spoken to other tenants who had their car windows shattered No communication on these events was shared with tenants I wish I knew it happened to my neighbor before it happened to me She shared this information with me herself as she saw I was cleaning up the broken glass in my car Additionally a Mercedes was set on fire and totaled underneath my window Look up CLE Arson June for video footage on the news Apartment is bright and clear with plenty of natural light The building is still melted down like a birthday candle out backnnAdditionally we were offered gift cards to give reviews in Nov 2021 which was early into the buildings existence less than five months so please take 5star reviews with a grain of salt or a 25 gift cardnnIf you leave a review for Franklin West Apartments you will receive a 10 Rising Star coffee gift card If you leave a review more ... hide ...

Working there for the short time I did I enjoyed caring for the Pt but I really felt bad for them have to deal with the mice and roachs Feel bad for the people Have to leave before for They bring me down like they brought Ms Eliza Bryant down and thats a shame because all of the hard work she did for Black People

As of today October 31 2018 I am celebrating 1month of living at the Margaret Wagner Apartments during the month I have really come to enjoy my small but very adequate apartment from the beginning I do so appreciate the friendliness and caring feeling that all the other residents have bestowed upon me I have really come to appreciate all the shopping dining 2018-10-30T23:24:59Z
