My mom lived at Eliza Bryant Manor for over 13 years She recently passed away in April of this year The reason for the low rating is because of the lack of concern direction and assistance we received from the staff following her passing Mainly from staff members Annette Moore her lack of compassion was unbelievable considering the circumstances
