I would give this dump zero stars if possible I live in the Eastgate neighborhood which is adjacent to this apartment complex We are constantly terrorized by some of the tenants of these apartments who break into our homes and cars Other than the older residents it appears to be nothing but a den of thieves who constantly rip off our modest working class nei 2019-05-21T19:01:39Z

Disregard my previous review This property now has new owners and this building has gone down hill 150 since they took over management There are maintenance issues that go unaddressed Elevators were down for 4 months Security guards were all fired Parking lot is so trashy it looks like a landfill And no longer senior building they will rent to anyone Smoking 2022-02-01T16:18:43Z
Disregard my previous review This property now has new owners and this building has gone down hill 150 since they took over management There are maintenance issues that go unaddressed Elevators were down for 4 months Security guards were all fired Parking lot is so trashy it looks like a landfill And no longer senior building they will rent to anyone Smoking and pot smoking is a daily occurrence and the hallways are so smoky some days you can hardly see Screaming babies that go 24 hours a day and never sleep What was once a great community is now a living nightmarenI dont know where some of the people below live but Nazareth Towers is not as they described it It is HUD subsidized housing for seniors Those of us who live here are very lucky The building is kept pretty clean no bugs or rodents the maintenance people are very friendly and helpful and the office staff is nice to me I imagine they get a little fed up with the people that are always complaining but if you pay your VERY REASONABLE Rent on time and follow the building rules you will like living here as much I donIs the building old Yes Could the lobby use some fixing up Yes Is any building with rents this low perfect No But overall it is a nice place to live with a nice staff onsite security and friendly neighbors I feel lucky to live here more ... hide ...

This place is horrible my mom was staying there before she passed away its infected with bed bugs seem like the elevator breaks down ever week over half of the people staying in this dump on drugs and Ive never seen so many nasty funny acting elderly people in my life you speak they look at you like you done asked for 100 smh I wouldnt recommend this place t 2017-04-28T13:49:47Z
