Dont pick here unless you want a temporary place Not somewhere you can move to and make home They make it clear it is not yours We were thinking we could make it a year here were counting down the days until the lease is up 850 a month with our pet cant leave even though we are miserable because it will affect our creditnThe whole reason we moved here was to straighten out our creditnSo many negatives I could write a book ExtendedWe moved from a house in the country to this place We moved here to work on our credit after we sold our home Just to make it clear again because some people are section 8 we are not we are income based its different Basically we made what they thought was appropriate to live here so we pay 850 a month roughly after 1 pet fee I will start with the positives nice somewhat spacious upstairs downstairs apt Ours is 3 bdrm 3bath The playground is nice ment for kids 6 and up specifically has ages on the play equipment My toddler cant even reach the stairs So I take him to a nicer park down the road The pool in the summer was also a nice bonus to the property although they did not stay open the listed hoursThe office lady is so nice when you are moving in makes it sound so relaxing easy going Then she started to be rude 90 of the time not even here when scheduled Then when she is here shes paid to write people these garbage irrelevant complaint letters My husband recently got one for backing up to fast His truck is and 97 by no means does it jump the gun right after being started its loud not fast Some of the people are kind respectful others sit all day watching each others moves to find something to be unhappy about Most mind their own businesses You cant plant flowers you cant paint and blinds have to be perfect My toddler likes to look outside I do not like blinds I think they are dangerous I prefer curtains forced to use the dangerous strangulation hazarding blinds Also cant park close to your own apartment as the parking is free for all We assumed only the people who were section 8 fell into the every 6 month inspections Wrong I dont mind them coming in and making sure we are not wrecking the place or checking to make sure the filters are good but when Geoninne left a letter about the upstairs being clutteredmessy me knowing I am OCD and my house is far from messy even with a new born So I am assuming shes talking about my closet that is full of totes and clothes that get switched out seasonally I feel my closets are none of her businesses If you want to live this place temporarily sure it will do If you planned on anything longer then a year Id keep looking If we could have moved out after the first month of our lease we would have Still have 5 months left counting it down This is not a place you can move into and make it your home They make it clear that it is not Also people let small small children play outside without supervision in the parking lot Not something I would do especially if I thought some of my neighbors back out fast One day there were two little boys maybe kindergarten first grade under my husbands truck looking for his oil In one hand adorable two little boys playing mechanic on the other hand If he hadnt seen them since no one was watching them very dangerous situation Its literally always something from someones kid missing or took off teenagers fighting constant cars in and out all hours of the night People stealing stuff off your back porch Literally someone stole our grill seasonings and tools Seasonings you can get for 1 dollar at Kroger I would have let them borrow them if they had asked Nothing is private Good luck I would never never recommend this place to anyone Other random things people thinking about living here might want to know 5 days late on rent 50 not bad 10 days they take you to court and you pay 200 So make sure your finances are in order We have been a few days late before and had to pay the 50 Irresponsible yes Make sure its for you I guess were not city people more ... hide ...

if i could give a 0 star rating i would if youre looking to rent from a SLUM LORD this is the place for you complaints are not taken seriously AT ALL They enter apartments without the 24 hour notice they are by law suppose to give god forbid you have any sort of problem with any of the workers they make up things about everyone who lives at LaLuz The ladies 2020-06-15T22:57:25Z
